WARRANTY PLANS BY PREMIUM 2000

The beauty of the Premium 2000+™ Warranty Programs is in the versatility. We can mix and match the options so that the Program is customized to your needs. Call and speak to a representative to create the Premium 2000 Warranty plan that works best for you.

Warranties are not offered on all vehicles. Please speak to your sales rep to get more information on this and other warranties available at this dealership.

UNDERWRITING

  • New Engine Oil and Filter
  • Visual Inspection of Warranted Components – Identify leaks at seals, gaskets and housings, and engine performance i.e. skips, misses, knocking, etc.
  • Road Test/Performance Evaluation – Identify performance & operational issues
  • Repair identified deficiencies – Maintain RO’s of related underwriting repairs

BENCHMARK PROGRAMS: ELIGIBILITY AT INCEPTION

  • Model Age Must Be 9 Years from Current Year or Newer
  • WRAP option (see back of this Rate Card)
  • GVW Class 8 – Up to 900,000 miles (on odometer or ECM, whichever is the greater)*

ADDITIONAL COVERAGE OPTIONS

  • High Mileage Surcharge: Over 700,000 miles
  • Turbocharger(s) First 12 months/100,000 only
  • Engine Fuel Injectors, Water Pump, Fuel Pump, & ECM First 12 months/100,000 only
  • BUNDLE:Turbocharger(s) with Engine Fuel Injectors, Water Pump, Fuel Pump, & ECM

EMMISSIONS PACKAGE OPTIONS

In order to acquire these coverage options: Minimum of 24 Months/200,000 Miles AND Full Component (Engine/Transmission/Rear Axle Assemblies) Coverage REQUIRED.

A. Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)

UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES:
  • Test DPF System for proper operation.
  • Check fault codes and perform preventative maintenance with filter cleaning per OEM instructions
  • Provide Premium 2000+™ with ECM printout and any corresponding RO’s upon Warranty Agreement Application submittal.
  • Continuing OEM Maintenance recommendations must be followed.
COVERAGE FOR:
  • Initial 12 Months/100,000 Miles, whichever occurs first, of the Warranty Agreement period.
  • One failure per Warranty Agreement period.
  • Limit of Liability is $4,000.00.
  • No coverage for Progressive Damage.

B. Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valves

UNDERWRITING GUIDELINES:
  • Check ECM for proper operation.
  • Provide Premium 2000+™ with ECM printout and any corresponding RO’s upon Warranty Agreement Application submittal.
COVERAGE FOR:
  • Initial 12 Months/100,000 Miles, whichever occurs first, of the Warranty Agreement period.
  • One failure per EGR Valve component per truck per Warranty Agreement period. (Two failures if the truck has two EGR Valves)
  • EGR Valve component only, coolers are not covered.
  • Limit of Liability is $2,500.00

WRAP ELIGIBILITY

WRAP coverage begins at expiration of prior OEM coverage (by age or mileage).

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

Class 8 Warranty Expiration Capped at 1,000,000 (One Million) Total Miles.
